What you should achieve by the end of this phase
By the end of this phase, your team should have identified and practised the basic tools that will later be used in your final proposal.
- The goal is not to master complex techniques, but to build a simple, clear, and applicable method.
- By the end of this phase, you should have worked with at least the following tools:
- Structured observation.
- Detection of early signs.
- Understanding of direct and indirect discrimination.
- Analysis of barriers and reasonable accommodation.
- Stakeholder mapping.
- Cause–effect analysis.
- Basic reading of organisational culture.
- Reframing weaknesses into improvement opportunities.
These tools are strongly aligned with the project’s objective: to train Equality Agents to identify discriminatory practices, intervene in conflicts, prevent workplace violence, and contribute to transforming organisational culture.
