Mandatory bibliography and use of APA 7
General rule of the module
All work in Module 2 must be supported by bibliography and reliable sources.
This means that:
- Important statements must not be made without support.
- Personal opinions are not sufficient.
- The analysis must combine what was learned in Module 1 with high-quality external references.
Types of sources you can use
It is recommended to prioritise:
- Reports from public or international organisations.
- European or national regulations.
- Academic studies.
- Institutional guides.
- Official statistics.
- Specialised publications on inclusion, equality, and workplace discrimination.
Mandatory format
All bibliographic references must be presented in APA 7 format.
Requirement for the final PowerPoint
The final PowerPoint must include a final slide titled “References” or “Bibliography”, with the sources used in APA 7 format.
- When a slide includes a data point, figure, or specific statement, the source must be indicated on the slide or in presenter notes.
- The final bibliography slide must include all references used.
- The team must ensure that references are written consistently and in a uniform format.
Recommended minimum
For the final PowerPoint, each team should use at least:
- 3 to 5 reliable sources,
although more may be used if required by the topic.
