Phase 2 – Equality Agent analysis tools
In this phase, your international team will use practical analysis tools to better understand your case: structured observation, barriers and risks, stakeholder mapping, causes and consequences, intersectional reading, and organisational culture analysis. These tools will later become part of your final PowerPoint and your future workplace intervention methodology.
