This video continues to be very useful in this phase because it helps to understand that a company can only identify and address inequalities if people feel safe to speak, ask questions, point out risks, and participate. This connects with Module 1, where it was already discussed that silence can reinforce exclusion and that the absence of complaints does not mean the absence of a problem.
