Step 5. Search for a case study and resources in English
Estimated time: 2 hours
- To avoid the work becoming abstract, each team must find real examples in different platforms.
- Each team must find at least:
- 1 video.
1 real or well-known case,
1 news article or press release,
1 practical resource or guide.
What kind of resources can you search for
- TED Talks on bias, inclusion, psychological safety, or workplace discrimination.
- Cases from the EEOC or other organisations.
- News about discrimination, harassment, pay gap, disability accommodation, or retaliation.
- Guides on inclusive recruitment, inclusive language, or workplace inclusion.
What you need to do with each resource
- It is not enough to paste the link. You must write:
- What it is.
- What main idea it provides.
- Why it is useful.
- How it connects with Module 1.
- Whether it can support your final PowerPoint.
Practical tip
Choose short, clear, and easy-to-analyse resources. You do not need to read a lot; you need to choose well.
