Team confirmation in the forum

Once the teams are defined, a specific forum thread will be created for each international team.

Each participant must enter their team’s forum and write a brief introduction message including:

  • Their name.
  • Their country.
  • The topic they initially selected.
  • What interests them most within the team’s topic.
  • What they can contribute to the group work.
  • Which source or idea from Module 1 they consider most useful to begin with.

This step provides a clear record of:

  • Who is part of the team.
  • The topic each member started from.
  • How the group begins to align.
  • Which theoretical foundation will be activated.

This first interaction is key to building a shared direction and a collaborative dynamic from the beginning.

How work will be carried out in the forums

The forums will not only be an informal space for discussion. They will be a tool for work, coordination, and process traceability.

The forum must provide clear evidence of how the team:

  • Analyses the topic.
  • Uses concepts from Module 1.
  • Consults and shares bibliography.
  • Makes decisions.
  • Distributes tasks.
  • Discusses approaches.
  • Builds the final work.

Key rule

If a decision is important for the project, it must be written in the forum.

This includes:

  • Changes in approach.
  • Final selection of the topic.
  • Distribution of tasks.
  • Selection of sources.
  • Modifications to the structure.
  • Agreements on the final message.
  • Synthesis of the work.

The forum acts as a shared memory of the team’s work and ensures transparency, accountability, and a structured collaborative process.
