Scenario of the exercise
You will work with the following scenario:
A new regulation has been introduced according to which all companies with more than 20 employees must include an Equality Agent for one year, and this position is fully funded by the European Union.
- The company you are addressing:
- Has already agreed to listen to you;
Is aware that this opportunity exists but needs to understand why it should adopt your approach and what it would gain from it.
- Your task is to create a presentation that convinces the company that:
- This issue does affect them;
- It is worthwhile to act;
- Your method is useful and realistic;
- Having an Equality Agent can improve the company.
