- Choose a workplace inequality you are interested in working on.
- Connect it to the learnings from Module 1.
- Find at least 2 reliable sources on the topic.
- Write your individual post in the general forum of Block 0.
- Add an initial bibliography in APA 7 at the end.
- Wait for the assignment of your international team.
- Once your team is confirmed, enter the specific forum and write your introduction message.
- Actively participate in the first group agreements, clearly documenting the process and the sources you will use.

We are not just looking for an interesting topic. We are beginning to build a practical intervention methodology as Equality Agents, aimed at raising awareness among companies and promoting more inclusive work environments.
