Mandatory evidence in the forums
Each team must include, at a minimum, the following evidence in their forum thread:
Evidence 1. Agreement on the final topic
A message where the group clearly states:
- Which inequality it will work on exactly.
- What specific approach it will take.
- Why it has chosen it.
Evidence 2. Connection with Module 1
A joint message or several messages showing:
- Which concepts from Module 1 help analyse the topic.
- Which theoretical learnings are activated in this case.
Evidence 3. Initial problem mapping
An exchange where the group begins to identify:
- How inequality appears in the workplace.
- Who it affects.
- What barriers or risks sustain it.
Evidence 4. Internal organisation
A message showing:
- Who is responsible for what.
- How tasks will be distributed.
- What work schedule will be followed.
Evidence 5. Team bibliography base
A message where the group shares:
- Its main sources.
- What idea each source contributes.
- Which ones will be used in the final PowerPoint.
Evidence 6. Agreement on the PowerPoint structure
A thread showing how the team decides:
- The objective of the PowerPoint.
- The main message.
- The structure of sections.
- The final bibliography slide.
Evidence 7. Process tracking
Intermediate messages showing:
- What progress has been made.
- What difficulties have arisen.
- How they have been resolved.
Evidence 8. Finalisation of the work
A final message where the team summarises:
- What has been developed.
- Which bibliography has been used.
- The main learning achieved.
- How their proposal helps raise awareness among companies.
These elements ensure that the teamwork process is transparent, structured, and based on evidence rather than assumptions.
The forum is not only a communication space, but a key tool to document learning, collaboration, and the development of a rigorous final proposal.
