Equality Agents Training Course

INTERNATIONAL SESSION PROGRAMME (22 June · 17:00–20:00 CET)

0:00 – 0:10 · Institutional Welcome We open the session with a brief introduction from each coordinator: their country, their organisation and a little context. You have about 5 minutes to introduce yourself. This is important because it is the first moment all four countries see each other simultaneously — put a face and a name to the people you will be sharing the next three hours with.

0:10 – 0:20 · General Project Overview Together we will review what Equality Agents is, what its objectives are and what we hope to achieve. If you have not been connected to the global project for a while, this is your chance to catch up. We all start from the same reference point.

0:20 – 1:05 · Country Presentations This is the heart of the session. Spain, Italy and Poland each present one or two representative pieces of work developed by their teams in Module 2. Each country has between 8 and 10 minutes. You do not need to explain everything — show the most relevant parts and put a question to the others. Listen with curiosity: what the other countries present will interest you too.

1:05 – 1:10 · Technical Break Five real minutes of rest. Stretch your legs, mute your mic, clear your head. Also use this time to review the guiding questions you will be working on next with your coordinator in the national breakout room.

1:10 – 1:55 · National Groups with the Coordinator Now each country meets privately for 45 minutes. The question you need to work on is: what do we want to communicate to the other countries? It is not about each person saying their own thing — it is about the group building a collective response. Listen to each other, debate, synthesise. When you leave this room, you need to have 2 or 3 clear ideas that genuinely represent your team.

1:55 – 2:20 · Plenary Sharing We all return to the main room. Each coordinator shares the ideas their group has developed — not individual opinions, but the collective voice of their country. Listen carefully: these are the richest learning moments of the entire session, because what you are about to hear is not improvised, but something each team has thought through and built together.

2:20 – 2:40 · Activation of the International Network The tone shifts here: we move from reflection to commitment. We present the shared repository where all materials are available, how to access it and what it is for. You will also receive the specific instructions for Block C. And there is something else: this does not end here. The network already exists, and you are part of it.

2:40 – 2:50 · Group Photo and Closing We take the virtual group photo — a tangible reminder that people from four countries were connected at the same time talking about workplace equality. Each coordinator closes with a few brief words.

2:50 – 3:00 · Informal Networking (optional) The last ten minutes are free and voluntary. If you stay, there is no agenda or structure — just conversation. This is where the most genuine connections tend to happen: someone from Poland asks something to someone from Spain, two people discover they work on the same topic. It is not compulsory, but if you can stay, it is worth it.
