Phase 2 – Equality Agent intervention tools
In this phase, your international team will learn and apply the main intervention tools of an Equality Agent: structured observation, early warning signs, direct and indirect discrimination, barriers and reasonable adjustments, stakeholder mapping, causes and consequences, organisational culture analysis, and turning weaknesses into opportunities for improvement. These tools will become the basis of your final PowerPoint and your future workplace intervention methodology.
