Each topic needs to learn how to observe certain signals, the following indicators could be examples.
If your topic is disability
- absence of reasonable adjustments;
- inaccessible spaces;
- non-adapted tools;
- exclusion from meetings or tasks.
If your topic is gender and promotion
- few women in decision-making positions;
- opaque criteria;
- informal meetings where decisions are made without transparency;
- penalties associated with motherhood or care responsibilities.
If your topic is ethnic or racial origin
- bias in customer service;
- exclusion in recruitment;
- normalised stereotypes;
- less access to visible roles.
