Professional Presentation of One’s Own Work

Presenting Module 2 work to an international audience involves:

  • Synthesising a complex analysis into a clear, visually appealing and communicable format.
  • Defending the methodological decisions taken as a team.
  • Answering questions and receiving constructive criticism without becoming defensive.
  • Adapting the message to an audience unfamiliar with the local context from which the work was developed.

These skills are directly transferable to professional practice as an Equality Agent, where it will be common to present diagnoses and proposals to people unfamiliar with the issue.

Peer Feedback and Learning from Other Teams

One of the strengths of an international project is the opportunity to learn from the work developed by participants from other countries and contexts.

Below you will find the shared repository containing the presentations created by the international teams during Module 2.

Your task:

  • Explore the presentations available on the Padlet.
  • Review at least one presentation created by a team from a country other than your own.
  • Reflect on the approaches, ideas and proposals developed by other participants.
  • If you wish, you are encouraged to leave a constructive comment directly on Padlet. Sharing feedback, questions or reflections helps strengthen the International Network of Equality Agents and promotes peer learning.

There is no requirement to evaluate or grade other teams. The purpose of this activity is to exchange perspectives, discover different approaches to workplace inequalities and learn from each other’s experiences.

Remember: Constructive comments should always be respectful, specific and focused on learning and improvement.
