Networking and International Collaboration
Networking is not just exchanging contacts. In the context of this project, building an international professional network means:
- Identifying other professionals with whom there could be future work synergies.
- Understanding different models of workplace equality intervention in different European contexts.
- Building trust-based relationships that facilitate future collaboration on projects, training or initiatives.
- Contributing to the International Network of Equality Agents (OE4 of the project), a living space for the exchange of resources, experiences and opportunities.
