Everything developed in this phase directly feeds into the final PowerPoint, which will be your awareness-raising tool for companies.
From the PowerPoint, at least the following ideas must emerge
- How to present the topic to a company;
- How to explain inequality without an accusatory tone;
- Why the company should listen;
- The value that the Equality Agent brings;
- How to open a first step towards improvement.
This is fully consistent with the project, as the expected organisational impact is that companies and organisations with trained Equality Agents can implement more effective diversity and inclusion strategies.
