The team must imagine
- that it has a short first meeting with a company.
- In that meeting you must to:
- Introduce yourselves;
- Explain why you are there;
- name the topic;
- show that you can identify risks;
- and open a path towards improvement.
Useful structure for that conversation
- Brief introduction.
- Acknowledgement of the company’s context.
- Explanation of the topic and why it matters.
- Signals that may indicate risk.
- The value of addressing it in time.
- Proposal for the next step.
