Purpose of this phase
- In previous phases you have:
- Defined a specific workplace inequality;
- Analysed how it appears in the workplace;
- Worked on intervention tools;
- Learned to identify signals and key areas within a company.
- Now it is time for a fundamental step: learning how to approach a company.
This phase is very important because the Equality Agent does not only work by detecting problems. They also need to know:
- How to present their perspective without generating immediate rejection;
- How to open a conversation;
- How to explain the value of equality in professional language;
- How to position themselves as support for organisational improvement.
This is consistent with the project, which aims to train Equality Agents capable of identifying inequalities, resolving conflicts, reducing labour vulnerability, and applying equality strategies in real work contexts.
