This video is especially useful because it helps you understand that many inequalities are not detected if people do not feel safe to speak. This connects very well with Module 1, where you have already worked on the idea that the absence of formal complaints does not mean the absence of a problem, but may indicate fear, normalisation, or lack of safe spaces.
