Equality Agents Training Course

Purpose of this phase

  • In Phase 1, you defined your inequality and built a case study.
  • In Phase 2, you worked on basic intervention tools of the Equality Agent.

Now, in Phase 3, the objective is to learn how t

o identify possible inequalities within a company in a practical, professional, and structured way.

This is key for the project, because it is not only about raising awareness, but about training agents capable of

acting in real socio-labour contexts,

collaborating with companies, and applying equality strategies in different work environments. The project also aims for the tools developed to be used in the final presentations and to continue being applied after the training.

  • This phase connects directly with Module 1, where you have learned that:
  • Work is a space of rights and not only of salary.
  • Formal equality does not always produce real equality.
  • Discrimination can be direct or indirect.

The absence of visible conflict does not necessarily mean well-being, because many discriminatory dynamics are normalised in silence.
