Purpose of this phase
In this first phase, each international team must fully
understand the workplace inequality they have chosen
before attempting to propose solutions.
The objective is not to start creating a PowerPoint without a foundation, but to build a clear, shared, and useful perspective on the problem. To act as Equality Agents, you must first know how to
observe, define, and analyse
- This phase connects directly with Module 1, where you worked on concepts such as:
- Equality and equity.
- Direct and indirect discrimination.
- Biases.
- Stereotypes.
- The impact of inequality on individuals and organisations.
- Intersectionality.
- Prevention and organisational responsibility.
