Welcome to Module 2

Practical Equality Agent Methodology for Inclusive Workplaces

Welcome to Module 2.

In Module 1, you explored the theoretical foundations of equality, discrimination, bias, barriers, organizational responsibility, workplace culture, and intersectionality.

Now it is time to move from theory into practice.

During this module, you will work as part of an international team and begin developing the practical skills of an Equality Agent in real workplace contexts. Together, you will learn how to identify inequalities inside organizations, analyze barriers, understand company dynamics, and design constructive approaches that help create more inclusive working environments.

What You Will Do in This Module

Throughout this module, you will:

  • analyze a specific workplace inequality;
  • explore how discrimination and exclusion can appear in companies;
  • apply practical intervention tools;
  • work collaboratively in international teams;
  • participate actively in forums and discussions;
  • develop a professional Equality Agent perspective;
  • create a final persuasive PowerPoint presentation.

Your final presentation will demonstrate:

  • the inequality your team worked on;
  • why the issue matters;
  • how companies can identify it;
  • what actions organizations can take;
  • how an Equality Agent can support change.
