Information Event of the EQUALITY AGENTS Project 

On 1 April 2026, an open information meeting was organized by YumeTech in Częstochowa as part of the international EQUALITY AGENTS project. The event aimed to promote the project among the local community and present the planned educational platform, as well as opportunities to participate in the project activities.

The meeting brought together 15 residents of Częstochowa who were interested in issues related to equality, anti-discrimination, and the development of social competences. During the event, participants were introduced to the project’s main objectives, target groups, planned activities, and expected outcomes.

Particular attention was devoted to the three training modules that form the core of the EQUALITY AGENTS educational programme. Their thematic scope, learning objectives, and practical benefits for future participants were discussed in detail. Attendees learned how the course combines theoretical knowledge with practical tools designed to support equality, diversity, and inclusion in professional environments.

Discussion on Age Discrimination in the Labour Market

An important part of the meeting was an open discussion focused on age discrimination in the labour market. Participants shared personal experiences, observations, and opinions regarding barriers that people of different ages may encounter in employment and career development.

Together, attendees reflected on the challenges involved in creating more open, accessible, and inclusive workplaces. The discussion highlighted the importance of raising awareness, promoting equal opportunities, and encouraging organizations to adopt fair and inclusive practices.

Networking and Exchange of Experiences

The event concluded with a networking session that provided participants with an opportunity to exchange experiences, establish new contacts, and continue conversations about promoting equality and diversity both in the workplace and in society.

The informal atmosphere encouraged dialogue and enabled participants to build connections with others who share similar interests and values.

Project Materials and Souvenirs

Each participant received an informational leaflet presenting the EQUALITY AGENTS project and its planned activities. In addition, attendees were given a commemorative keychain featuring the EQUALITY AGENTS logo, produced using modern 3D printing technology.
