Final meeting

International Partners Meeting – Castelldefels (Barcelona), Spain

On 14–15 July 2026, representatives of the Erasmus+ project partners met in Castelldefels (Barcelona), Spain for an international coordination meeting hosted by Fundación José Miguel Catalán, the project’s lead partner.

The meeting brought together organisations from three European countries:

  • Fundación José Miguel Catalán – Spain (Lead Partner)
  • Programma Integra – Italy
  • YumeTech sp. z o. o. – Poland

During two intensive working days, the partners reviewed the current progress of the project, analysed participant engagement on the online learning platform, evaluated the development of the training modules, and agreed on the next implementation milestones.

Particular attention was given to improving the learning experience by adapting project materials, strengthening dissemination activities, increasing Erasmus+ visibility, preparing the final project report, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the educational platform after the project ends.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to coordinate the Europass certification process, define the remaining responsibilities of each partner, and establish a clear schedule for the final phase of the project.

The partners reaffirmed their commitment to promoting equality, inclusion, and international cooperation through innovative educational solutions. The collaborative atmosphere and productive discussions once again demonstrated the value of strong European partnerships in achieving shared project objectives.
