About Course
Equality Agents Training is an international online course designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in society.
The programme consists of three modules:
In the first module, participants explore the theoretical foundations of equality, including key concepts such as discrimination, diversity, human rights and legal frameworks. This part helps to build a thorough understanding of how inequalities arise and how they affect different groups.
The second module focuses on practical application. Participants develop tools and strategies to prevent discrimination, promote inclusive environments and respond to real-life situations. Through case studies and teamwork, they gain hands-on experience in addressing issues related to inequality.
The third module is dedicated to international cooperation and networking. Participants present their work, exchange experiences and build connections with individuals from different countries, creating a network of future Equality Agents.
The course is delivered online (120 hours) and combines interactive sessions, group work and independent learning. Upon completion, participants will receive a Europass certificate.
What Will You Learn?
- During the course, participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to equality, diversity, and inclusion. They will learn about key concepts such as discrimination, diversity, human rights, and legal frameworks, as well as understand how inequalities arise and affect different social groups. The training will also focus on developing practical strategies to prevent discrimination and promote inclusive environments, along with tools to effectively respond to real-life situations involving inequality.
- Participants will strengthen their teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and intercultural skills through collaborative activities and case studies. In addition, they will gain experience in international cooperation, exchange perspectives with people from different countries, and build a network of contacts, becoming part of a community of future Equality Agents.
