General Objective
To raise awareness and train young adults from Spain, Italy, Poland, and North Macedonia to become
Equality Agents capable of identifying, preventing, and addressing situations of discrimination in the workplace.
Project goals
To raise awareness of equality and non-discrimination among young adults in the workplace.
To build an international network of Equality Agents that supports cooperation and long-term social change.
To equip participants with practical skills and tools to promote inclusive and fair working environments.
